to 20 tons and reducing product giveaway from 3% to 1%. The Ishida solution includes a 14-head multihead weigher, bucket elevator, and cross head feeder, designed to handle sticky products with Teflon-coated surfaces. This system has doubled line efficiency and reduced manpower requirements, while maintaining high hygiene standards.
