UFC GYM and UFC FIT are organizing specialty self-defense seminars and classes in recognition of National Bullying Prevention Month. These events, scheduled for October 25, 2025, will be held at participating locations nationwide. The seminars aim to educate
participants on various forms of bullying, including verbal, physical, and cyber, while providing practical strategies for prevention and intervention. Attendees will also receive hands-on self-defense training to enhance personal safety and build confidence. The initiative is part of UFC GYM's broader effort to empower individuals and create safer communities.
