Yayasan Save the Children Indonesia, a leading independent charity for children, is seeking a Grant Finance Assistant. This role is crucial as the organization manages funding from various donors and is transitioning to a new Enterprise Resource Planning
(ERP) system. The Grant Finance Assistant will primarily support the Grant Finance Unit, focusing on collecting and reviewing financial supporting documents for multiple projects, including those funded by UN Women, Humanitarian Projects, HKDRF & DRA Projects, and NTT response. Additionally, the assistant will review payment requests under the Humanitarian Portfolio project and monthly financial reports from implementing partners for Statements of Funds (SoFs) under the same portfolio. This position aims to provide essential technical support to the national office operations, assisting with day-to-day tasks and ensuring reliable financial reporting to donors.
