Ed Ochi, co-founder of the initiative, and Alex Englund, co-owner of Sharp Park Taproom, are leading efforts to promote local businesses and change the narrative about Pacifica. The campaign includes creative promotions like a $13.34 pizza special and a bracelet-making project priced at $13.34, symbolizing their ranking number.
