ASCELA, an international consulting firm, has been awarded the mandate to support the Africa Logistics Zone Development Project at the Port Autonome de Cotonou in Benin. This project is a joint venture
between the Port Autonome de Cotonou and the Port of Antwerp-Bruges International, aiming to establish Cotonou as a premier logistics hub for West Africa. The strategic coastal location of the Port of Cotonou provides access to major regional trade corridors, making it a critical conduit for goods moving to and from landlocked countries such as Niger, Burkina Faso, and Mali.
