Society Brooklyn, a new development in the Gowanus neighborhood of Brooklyn, has introduced a unique waterfront living experience with its two-tower complex. Developed by PMG and designed by SLCE Architects, the project features over 500 luxury apartments
and a range of amenities. The development includes a waterfront esplanade and park designed by SCAPE, offering a picnic grove, play area, and benches made from reclaimed wood. Society Brooklyn provides residents with a modern fitness center, outdoor pool, sundeck, and a jumbotron theatre. Additional amenities include a co-working hub, children's playroom, and resident lounge. The development also includes over 57,000 square feet of retail space, with a portion reserved for local makers and artists, as part of the 2021 Gowanus rezoning effort.
