Stein brings 30 years of experience in the food industry, having held senior executive positions at major consumer-facing businesses such as Sainsbury's, Pret A Manger, and M&S. Reporting directly to BHL President Ranjit Singh Boparan, Stein will oversee agriculture, technical, food safety, health and safety, and food systems and sustainability.
