Thailand's True Digital Group, Vietnam's VNPT Technology, and AIoT integration firm T3 Technology have initiated a collaboration to develop and market AI-powered smart home solutions in Vietnam. This partnership
aims to create an open, scalable, and secure AI home platform that will support a variety of smart home services. The companies plan to develop and localize smart home products such as sensors, control systems, and connected appliances tailored to the Vietnamese market. The collaboration also involves co-creating new AI home business models that VNPT can integrate into its existing broadband and television services. This initiative, formalized under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed earlier this month, has been in development since September when VNPT showed interest in True's 'TrueX' smart-home ecosystem capabilities.
