Self-Help Enterprises, in collaboration with Congressman Jim Costa, dedicated Manuel Costa Park in Goshen, California, and celebrated the development of 53 new Mutual Self-Help Housing homes. The park, located on Pheasant Street, honors the legacy of Manuel Costa, Congressman Costa's
