Fansler Construction has commenced construction on the Royal Palms Apartments, a new multifamily community in North Jacksonville. The development, located at 15275 North Main Street near River City Marketplace, is being spearheaded by Ceiba Groupe, a real estate firm based in Fort Lauderdale. This marks Ceiba Groupe's first venture in the Jacksonville market. The Royal Palms project will feature 227 rental units distributed across three four-story apartment buildings and seven two-story townhomes. Planned amenities include a high-end clubhouse, an oversized gym, a resort-style pool, a walking path, garages, and fenced backyards. This project is the third undertaken by Fansler Construction in the area, following the completion of the 285-unit Apela House and the 290-unit community The Note earlier this year. Construction of the Royal Palms Apartments is expected to be completed by early 2027.
