Meta has formed a $27 billion joint venture with Blue Owl Capital to fund the development of a large-scale AI data center campus in Louisiana. The Hyperion data center campus will be developed on 2,250 acres between Rayville and Delhi. Blue Owl funds
will own 80% of the joint venture, while Meta retains 20% ownership. Meta will provide construction and property management services, with lease agreements for the facilities having a four-year initial term and options to extend.
