The U.S. Air Force has approved Boeing's T-7A Red Hawk program to proceed to low-rate initial production, marking a significant milestone in the development of this advanced trainer aircraft. The T-7A Red Hawk is designed to replace the aging T-38 Talon,
which has been in service since the 1960s. This approval, known as Milestone C, allows Boeing to begin producing aircraft intended for training future fighter and bomber pilots.
