The facility, located at 300 Thomas McGovern Drive, features 797 climate-controlled units within a six-story building, covering 115,000 gross square feet. This development is part of a larger initiative known as Jersey City Self Storage, which will eventually include over 2,400 units across approximately 261,000 square feet. The project was financed by Fulton Bank and involved the conversion of a former industrial site. JLL arranged the construction debt, and Public Storage is the operator of the facility.
