Luzerne County Community College (LCCC) and the Wilkes-Barre Area School District have announced the establishment of a new endowed scholarship, the Angeline & Conrad Kotlowski College-Ready Scholarship Endowment. This endowment will provide financial
support for high school students in the Wilkes-Barre Area School District to earn college credits through the LCCC/Wilkes-Barre Area College Ready Program.
