Hanwha Aerospace, in collaboration with Poland's WB Electronics, has signed a contract to establish a factory in Poland for the production of CGR-080 guided rockets. This initiative is part of a PLN14 billion (USD4 billion) contract with Poland's Armaments
Agency, aimed at supplying 10,000 rockets for the Homar-K multiple rocket launchers. The factory will be located near Gorzów Wielkopolski and is expected to be operational by the second quarter of 2028. The project is a significant step towards Poland's goal of achieving production independence within its Homar-K program, as stated by Poland's Minister of National Defence, Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz.
