Despite advances in climate-resilient crop varieties, adoption by smallholder farmers remains low due to fragmented scaling and limited local ownership. MiA offers a flexible, scalable architecture to tackle bottlenecks in advisory services, rural logistics, and market access. The program operates like a local franchise model, coordinated by a trusted local actor, to mobilize farmers and agri-SMEs into integrated networks.
