Alegria E. Bacerdo, nee Estrada, passed away on December 10, 2025, at the age of 73 in Chicago, Illinois. She was the beloved wife of Jansel and a loving mother to Maxine, who is married to Alex Angeles. Alegria was a proud grandmother of two and cherished
sister to Eligio, Teodore, and Jessica. She was the daughter of the late Julia and Ruperto. Her visitation is scheduled for December 19, 2025, at Smith-Corcoran Funeral Home, with a funeral mass to follow on December 20 at St. Benedict Catholic Church. Interment will take place at Maryhill Cemetery.
