Jan Dils is the founder of Jan Dils, Attorneys at Law, a firm she established in Parkersburg in 1994. Her firm has since grown to include over 160 team members, serving clients nationwide with offices across West Virginia and in Charlotte, North Carolina. Beyond her professional achievements, Dils is actively involved in community service, currently serving with the Boys & Girls Club and having previously served on the board of trustees for Marietta College.
