Jost Lammers, the CEO of Munich Airport, has been appointed as the chair of the Airport Council International (ACI) World’s governing board. This board is composed of 28 airport CEOs from around the globe.
Lammers, who has been the CEO of Munich Airport since 2020, previously served as the vice chair during the 2024-25 term. He succeeds Candace McGraw, the former CEO of Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, who retired in June 2025. Lammers is recognized for his global experience and leadership skills, which are expected to be crucial as airports face transformative changes. His focus will be on accelerating innovation, strengthening operational resilience, and advancing sustainability in the aviation industry.
