Airbus Defence and Space has announced a collaboration with Skynopy, a startup specializing in software-defined ground station technology, to improve the efficiency of its Pléiades Neo Earth observation
constellation. This partnership aims to reduce the latency in uploading images to Airbus' OneAtlas platform by integrating Skynopy's ground station services. Skynopy's technology centralizes a network of ground stations, allowing for more flexible and rapid connections without the need for extensive planning.
