The findings reveal that 78% of hotel chains are currently using AI, with 89% planning to expand their applications within the next 12 to 24 months. Despite this widespread adoption, only 6% of hotel chains have a comprehensive AI strategy. Key barriers to scaling AI include lack of expertise, unclear strategy, and integration challenges.
