OptumServe Health Services, the federal-facing subsidiary of Optum, has won a $1.6 billion contract from the Defense Health Agency (DHA) to provide health services under the Remote Health Reserve Program-4th Generation Support Services. This contract,
which spans up to 10 years, aims to support military readiness by ensuring that active duty, reserve, and National Guard personnel meet medical, dental, and physical health standards. The scope of work includes health assessments, vaccines, lab services, and physical exams. This contract is a recompete of a previous contract held by Leidos' QTC Medical Services subsidiary.
