Businesses in the travel sector could benefit from adapting to these trends by offering personalized AI solutions and enhancing luxury offerings. Furthermore, the focus on sustainability, with 76% of travelers examining the environmental impact of their holidays, suggests that eco-friendly practices will become more important in attracting South African tourists.
