Everdrone, a Swedish company specializing in medical drones, has entered into an agreement with the Ambulance Services Administration in Region Stockholm to deploy an autonomous emergency response drone system. This initiative aims to enhance the rapid
delivery of defibrillators to suspected cardiac arrest incidents and provide early situational awareness at accident scenes and other acute medical events. The partnership marks Everdrone's second regional collaboration in Sweden, following a successful project with the Västra Götaland Region. The system is set to be implemented and tested before transitioning to operational deployment in 2026, with the agreement running until spring 2027.
