Louise Clarke Hough, a lifelong resident of Lake Forest, Illinois, passed away peacefully at the age of 93 on April 21, 2026. Born on November 3, 1932, she was the youngest of three children. Louise attended
the Academy of the Sacred Heart in Connecticut and later worked in New York before settling in Chicago. She married John W. Hough, a local lawyer, in 1961, and they had six children. Louise was known for her active lifestyle, enjoying tennis, platform tennis, and golf. She spent winters in Florida with her husband and continued to enjoy outdoor activities well into her later years. A Celebration of Life Mass is scheduled for May 9, 2026, at the Church of St. Mary in Lake Forest.
