Echodyne has been announced as the primary radar system provider for Trust Automation's rapidly deployable small unmanned air defense system (RD-SUADS). The system, equipped with Echodyne's EchoShield radars, is designed to detect, classify, and track
unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) at distances of 3 to 4.5 km. Trust Automation secured a $490 million contract from the US Air Force for the development and delivery of counter-unmanned aircraft system capabilities.
