Guam Community College (GCC) has inaugurated its new Workforce Development Center in Barrigada, aiming to enhance local training opportunities in fields such as construction, maritime transportation, ship repair, and advanced manufacturing. The center
was officially opened with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on December 30, 2025.
