The 2026 China Cultural and Tourism Gala, organized by the China Media Group's Chinese Language Global Program Center and Yangjiang City, is being broadcast live from February 7 to 8. This event, part of a collaboration with Guangdong Province, aims to provide
a comprehensive travel guide during the Spring Festival in China. The gala features a nearly 20-hour livestream showcasing cultural tourism activities from 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong and 9 cities from other provinces. The event includes traditional performances, cultural heritage displays, and a 'Guangdong Goods Fair' offering thousands of products for the Spring Festival. Interactive giveaways and virtual tours of Yangjiang's attractions are also part of the program.
