South Korean private spaceflight company Innospace is set to conduct its first commercial launch, named 'Spaceward', from the Alcântara Launch Center in Maranhão, Brazil. Scheduled for December 17, the mission will deploy the Hanbit-Nano, a two-stage
vehicle designed for the small satellite market. The rocket features a 25-ton thrust hybrid engine for the first stage and a liquid methane and oxygen engine for the second stage. The mission aims to place eight payloads into a 186-mile low Earth orbit, including satellites for technology development and climate data collection.
