Gina Rinehart, one of Australia's largest cattle producers and landowners, has funded the opening of a new student accommodation facility at Marcus Oldham College in Geelong. The $11.3 million Nicholas Hancock House, named in honor of Rinehart's family,

Marcus Oldham College, known for its agriculture and agribusiness degrees, will now offer all 195 students the opportunity to live on campus, a first in over a decade.
