Five Iron Golf has secured a lease for nearly 16,000 square feet at 25 Kent in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. This new location will be Brooklyn's largest indoor golf facility, featuring 13 Trackman simulators, a 7,000 square-foot gym, and luxury locker rooms. The facility is part of an eight-story, 500,000 square-foot building, which is Brooklyn's first ground-up new office project in 40 years. The building is already 65% leased to various cutting-edge office tenants, including e-commerce platform Queen One and Autonomous Technologies Group. The lease was brokered by CBRE’s Anthony Dattoma for Five Iron Golf and a Newmark team for Global Holdings.
