The Fashion Trust Arabia, a non-profit organization supporting emerging design talent from the Middle East and North Africa, held its seventh edition in Doha, Qatar. The event awarded cash prizes and mentorships
to six regional designers and one guest country winner. Moroccan designer Youssef Drisi won the ready-to-wear category, while Saudi-based Ziyad Albuainain took the evening wear prize. Other winners included Leila Roukni from Morocco for accessories and Farah Radwan from Egypt for jewelry. Each winner will receive a financial grant between $100,000 and $200,000, along with mentorship and retail opportunities. The awards were judged by a panel including notable figures such as Christian Louboutin and Gisele Bündchen. Miuccia Prada received a lifetime achievement award, emphasizing cultural exchange and collaboration.
