An 88-year-old man from Arroyo Grande died after being struck by a vehicle in a parking lot on Oak Park Boulevard in Pismo Beach, California. The incident occurred on Thursday morning, and police responded
to the scene at approximately 10:15 a.m. Medical personnel from Med Plus were already attending to the injured man when officers arrived. Despite being transported to a local hospital, the man succumbed to his injuries en route. The driver involved in the crash remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. The San Luis Obispo County Sheriff’s Department has been notified, and the case has been handed over to Coroner Investigators.
