What's Happening?
The Andhra Pradesh government is launching a campaign titled 'Raitanna… For You' to make agriculture more lucrative and sustainable. Starting November 24, the initiative will focus on implementing the Five
Agricultural Principles across farming communities. These principles include Water Security, Demand-Based Crops, AgriTech, Food Processing, and Government Support. Public representatives and officials will visit farmers' households to raise awareness about these principles. Workshops will be held at Rythu Seva Kendras to educate farmers on modern agricultural practices and government support systems. The campaign aims to transform agriculture into a profitable livelihood and improve soil health and public well-being.
