Biobank, focusing on the consumption of filtered versus instant coffee. Conversely, those who consumed instant coffee showed shorter telomeres and higher biological age scores, indicating faster aging. Researchers also identified certain substances, such as GlycA and cystatin C, that might explain the relationship between coffee type and aging.
