What's Happening?
The Dothan Civic Center is set to host a regional job fair aimed at connecting job seekers with local employers and support services. Scheduled for Wednesday, the event will feature sessions from 9 to 11 a.m. and again from 1 to 3 p.m. Over 60 businesses
and service agencies are expected to participate, offering a range of opportunities from entry-level positions to jobs requiring certifications or degrees. Attendees will have access to on-site interviews, resume assistance, and computers for online applications. Additionally, service agencies will be present to help remove barriers such as lack of identification or digital resumes. Employers willing to hire individuals with prior incarceration will be clearly marked.
