The 56th Taste of Maryland Agriculture event, held at Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland in Hanover, brought together over 850 agricultural leaders, including Governor Wes Moore and Secretary of Agriculture Kevin
Atticks. The event served as a platform for farmers to share their stories and concerns with lawmakers. During the event, $10,000 in agricultural education grants were awarded to various grassroots programs. The Wayne McGinnis family of Baltimore County was inducted into the Governor’s Agriculture Hall of Fame, recognizing their contributions to the industry.
