Two children, aged 9 and 11, were safely reunited with their family after becoming separated from their hiking group in the Adirondacks. The incident occurred near the Marcy Dam Truck Trail in North Elba, New York. The New York State Department of Environmental
Conservation reported that the children were found less than an hour after the search began, thanks to the efforts of five Forest Rangers and one assistant Forest Ranger. The children were located at 10:40 a.m. and were unharmed.
