Sonesta International Hotels Corporation has announced an agreement to construct a new Royal Sonesta hotel in Giza, Egypt, set to open in 2028. The hotel will feature 208 rooms and suites, strategically located near the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian
Museum. The agreement involves Al Farida as the franchise owner, expanding Sonesta's presence in Egypt, which already includes properties in Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan. The Royal Sonesta Pyramids – Egypt will offer multiple dining options, a gym, a spa, and conference facilities, with rooms providing views of the pyramids.
