What's Happening?
The Army is launching a series of 'hackathons' with major defense companies to develop a common operating system across military platforms. The initiative, called 'Right to Integrate,' aims to eliminate information silos and improve communication between
systems. Participating companies are required to open their software interfaces to facilitate integration. The effort is inspired by Ukraine's successful integration of military technologies during its conflict, demonstrating the effectiveness of open architecture in warfare. The first event will take place at Fort Carson, Colorado.
