What's Happening?
The Advisory Committee on Judicial Ethics has released Opinion 25-110, providing guidance to New York's judiciary. This committee, which includes 28 current and retired judges, addresses inquiries from
approximately 3,600 judges and justices in New York, as well as judicial hearing officers and candidates.
