primary and excess insurers. His expertise spans various insurance policies, including cyber, first party property, commercial general liability, D&O, and E&O. Armstrong is known for counseling clients through all stages of an insurance claim life cycle, particularly in cyber insurance, where he has advised clients on ransomware attacks, data breaches, and other cyber events. Prior to joining Lowenstein Sandler, Armstrong was part of Reed Smith.
