Novartis has been nominated for a UX Design Award for its innovative digital onboarding experience developed in collaboration with Team Consulting. This platform is designed to assist patients with relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (RMS) in learning
to self-inject their medication safely and confidently at home. The digital platform, accessible via a QR code on the product packaging, offers a range of learning materials, including written guidance, animated instructional videos, and an interactive virtual practice environment. This initiative aims to address challenges such as inconsistent onboarding and injection anxiety, which can lead to reduced confidence and use errors. The UX Design Awards, organized by the International Design Center Berlin, recognize solutions that improve lives through effective design.
