race in 16 minutes and 18.5 seconds, surpassing the previous record set by Rachel Forsyth in 2023. This performance positions Dudek as a strong contender for the upcoming nationals in Portland, Oregon. The Purple Track Club, coached by Ian Forsyth, secured the team title with a narrow victory over Runners High.
