What's Happening?
Sev1Tech has been awarded a $49 million contract to provide comprehensive systems lifecycle support to the Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic. This contract, under the SeaPort NxG task order, involves delivering services such as cyber engineering,
network operations, and security support for the Atlantic Expeditionary Enterprise Systems and Services Division. The Naval Information Warfare Center Atlantic is responsible for delivering integrated information warfare solutions across various warfighting domains. The task order will specifically support the Marine Corps by providing cloud and local infrastructure services, manpower systems, logistics, and network implementation, as well as monitoring and sensor-based services for both garrison and forward-deployed units. Joe Re, general manager of Sev1Tech’s maritime division, emphasized that the cyber-secure systems and networks supported by this contract will enable naval information warfare superiority and drive modernization efforts.
