Kraft Heinz Canada, in collaboration with the National Hockey League (NHL) and the National Hockey League Players' Association (NHLPA), has announced the top two finalists for the Kraft Hockeyville 2026 competition. The finalists are Taber Community Centre
in Taber, Alberta, and Tumbler Ridge Community Centre Arena in Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia. The winning community will receive $250,000 for rink upgrades and the opportunity to host an NHL preseason game. The runner-up will receive $100,000 for rink upgrades. Additionally, both communities, along with other provincial and territorial winners, will receive $10,000 in new hockey equipment. The initiative, celebrating its 20th anniversary, aims to support local arenas that serve as community hubs. Voting for the winner will take place from April 3 to April 4, 2026, with the announcement made during the Hockey Night in Canada broadcast.
