The Victor store will operate from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. daily, with extended hours until 10 p.m. on opening day. T.J. Maxx, founded in 1977 and based in Framingham, Massachusetts, offers name-brand and designer fashions, accessories, jewelry, home goods, and beauty products at discount prices. The chain now boasts over 1,300 stores across 49 states and Puerto Rico, including six locations in the Rochester region.
