Carl E. Howard Sr. passed away on October 8, 2025. A memorial service is scheduled for October 26, 2025, at B. A. Williams Memorial Chapel. Mr. Howard is survived by his children, Angel Howard, Carl E. Howard II, and Sean R. Howard, along with eight grandchildren
and eleven great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his sisters, Robbie Jordan and Belva Jean Howard, and numerous other relatives. The family will receive friends on October 25, 2025, at Williams Funeral Home in Hephzibah, GA.
