He is accused of fabricating a lost wage form, claiming he missed 42 days of work at AWP Safety Services, resulting in a claimed loss of $12,012. Investigations by Progressive and SLED revealed Coaxum was not employed at the company and was not present during the accident. Coaxum received $2,000 from the claim. He faces charges of Forgery and Presenting a False Claim for Insurance Payment, both valued at $10,000 or more. The case will be prosecuted by the South Carolina Department of Insurance.
