Aman is developing a new luxury resort, Aman Hegra Resort, within the Hegra archaeological site in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. The resort is designed to blend with the natural landscape, featuring 42 rooms and various guest facilities such as a spa, fine-dining
restaurants, and a discovery center. The project is currently in the planning phase, with an expected opening in 2028. The development is a joint venture between KUN Investment Holding and AlUla Development, with KUN holding an 80% stake.
